Turbulent Flow
This remarkable piece began its journey as a 747 Boeing First Stage Fan from a General Electric CF6 engine, carrying millions of miles of flight history before being transformed into a one-of-a-kind work of art. Weighing an impressive 700 lbs of titanium, it has been meticulously sanded, polished, and elevated into a sculptural statement.
The surface was treated through multiple polishing stages, then heated with artisan precision to 840–930°F using a blow torch. This careful process created the stunning blue flame anodizing effect, a finish that highlights the raw strength of titanium while unveiling colors with remarkable depth and vibrance.
Mounted on a custom stand, this piece balances industrial history with fine craftsmanship—an unforgettable work that merges engineering legacy with artistic vision.
