You're invited to Ecstatic Dance Cache Valley — a weekly gathering held in the heart of downtown at The Logan Gallery. This is a space for conscious movement, personal expression, and collective connection.

What is Ecstatic Dance?

It’s a freeform, judgment-free dance experience. No choreography. No talking on the dance floor. Just music, movement, and the freedom to be your full self. Whether you come to release stress, explore inner creativity, or just move your body to the beat, this is a space for you.

Guidelines for the Space:

• This is a substance-free, phone-free, and judgment-free space

• No talking on the dance floor

• Dance barefoot or in soft shoes

• Respect your own body and others’ space

• Consent is essential — always ask before dancing with someone

Music Journey:

Curated by local DJs and sound guides, our playlist moves through a full arc — from slow and soulful to upbeat and wild, then gently back to stillness.

All Are Welcome:

No dance experience needed. This is a safe and inclusive space for all ages (13+ suggested) and identities. Come as you are.

Tickets:

Admission is $15, however, no donation is turned away.

Cash, Venmo, or Eventbrite accepted. If you cannot afford $15, please contact us for other forms of exchange.
