Meet Chrystal Dawn
I spent my childhood exploring the forests, mountains, beaches and big cities of the Bay. My early fascination with the natural world has lived on into adulthood and can be found in my work today.
Being a self taught artist, I love to explore mediums. Using 0il, acrylic, metal and relief printing, I bring my imagined, whimsical world to life. Inspired by wildlife, folklore, and history, I hope to connect the viewer to their roots in the natural world and to each other. I create evocative works that bridge the spiritual and the natural realms, inviting viewers to see themselves as part of the intricate web of life.
I have been instructing step by step paintings for both small and large groups since 2018 and have had my work in boutiques and galleries since 2016.
In May of 2020, I moved to Utah and currently reside in Clearfield.
